Rancid oil not only tastes terrible, but it’s also bad for you and can cause inflammation! Luckily, there are a few super simple tips for buying and storing your favorite oils to make them last longer: 1) Buy oils in a dark glass container. 2) Don’t buy in bulk. Once opened, oil goes bad in 6 months. 3) Don’t store your oils in cute clear containers by your stove. Choose ceramic containers if you’re keep them out or store them in a dark space.
