So you got the treatment, you get home, and now what?

Post treatment massages are the single most important thing you can do to make sure your treatment looks good, lasts long and doesn’t make nodules.

You need to firmly massage your skin:

💆🏾‍♀️ 5 times a day
⏰ 5 mins each time
📆 for 5 days

You can use your hands, a facial roller, or even a gua sha. You might be puffy or bruised afterward so adding arnica gel can help as well.

Follow the same rules as your face: Start with good cleanser, exfoliation session and hydration.
