So you got the treatment, you get home, and now what?

Post treatment massages are the single most important thing you can do to make sure your treatment looks good, lasts long and doesn’t make nodules.

You need to firmly massage your skin:

💆🏾‍♀️ 5 times a day
⏰ 5 mins each time
📆 for 5 days

You can use your hands, a facial roller, or even a gua sha. You might be puffy or bruised afterward so adding arnica gel can help as well.

If you’ve been doing serums and exfoliating your face every night, make sure you aren’t forgetting your legs and arms too!

Follow the same rules as your face: Start with good cleanser, exfoliation session and hydration.

For an added even toned glow, that looks like you put foundation on your legs, try adding a self tan every week. Find my favorites in my “Natrual Glow” product collection.

Finish up with a glowing sunscreen like @supergoop Play spray and you’re done!
