This was a healthy and delicious quick supper! 1 pound ground beef (or turkey) 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp ground ginger Shredded cabbage (green, purple, or both) 2 tbsp gochujang 1 tbsp oyster sauce 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 zucchini diced Green onions Sesame seeds Cook ground meat until browned, add minced garlic and sesame oil for about a minute. Add remaining ingredients until sauce has thickened and veggies are tender. Serve over steamed rice and top with green onions and sesame seeds #LTKFamily
