Normally, I really don’t like Amazon fashion but this is one piece that I’ve had for years and I adore it. I bought it as a gift for my mother too. It comes in a bunch of different colors. It’s reversible. Also I don’t do well with scratchy cheap material, and this is not that at all.

so I went back and forth about getting the smaller panel, but I know myself. I’d rather invest in the one I actually want than spend less now and regret it in six months. But honestly red light therapy is one of the few things I’m willing to spend serious money on. The benefits for collagen production, fine lines, skin texture and muscle recovery are insane. You spend a third of your life sleeping. Pressing your face into a pillow night after night can contribute to sleep creases. Try sleeping on your back if it’s comfortable and use a beauty pillow

3. BUILD YOUR BUTT BEFORE YOU LOSE IT.
I’m serious. Start lifting weights NOW. Building muscle in your 20s and 30s gives you a head start on maintaining it as you age. Your 40 yr butt will thank you.

4. STOP WAITING UNTIL YOUR HAIR STARTS THINNING TO CARE ABOUT YOUR SCALP.
Stop frying your hair and pulling it into tight hairstyles. And if you notice unusual shedding, get it checked before you’re spending a fortune trying to fix it.

A $40 sweater you never wear isn’t a bargain. If you can’t make three outfits with things you already own, you’re just collecting clothes and wondering why you have nothing to wear.

8. STOP BUYING AN ENTIRELY NEW OUTFIT EVERY TIME YOU HAVE SOMEWHERE TO GO

You need a quality blazer, perfect fitting denim, an insane coat and shoes that make even your most basic outfit look expensive. Buy less, but buy better.
