This is what I do every time I put my makeup on so I never get creasing period. Before I did this I used to get such creasing and dry eyes.

UNDEREYES:
for the under eyes, I use that balm and then I apply just a little bit of concealer at the inner corners of my eyes and then I blend it out. Then I use the dry sponge, dab it in the powder, but then rub the powder on the sponge into my hand and then dot underneath my eyes. That’s key

I will say they were tight and snug through the thighs, but as the night went on, they stretched. If in between sizes, definitely size up. IF I WERE STARTING FROM SCRATCH, HERE’S EXACTLY WHAT I’D DO:
-Every morning: Vitamin C + tinted SPF.
-Every night: Tretinoin 3x/week. The other nights are for hydration + barrier repair.
-At home: Red light 4–5x/week
-Every 3–4 months: Botox to soften repetitive movement before lines become deeply etched.
-3–4x/year: Microneedling + PDGF to focus on collagen + overall skin quality.

OK, let me explain this dress. I actually ordered it a long time ago and I returned it right away. I didn’t like that the material was on the thinner side. But I decided to give him another shot. Keep in mind you will see the shoulder pads, but that actually didn’t bother me. I ended up loving it. I’m wearing a small. But understand it’s not a shapely dress. You could actually use the scarf to tie around your waist as well. I almost did that, but I liked it around my neck for the night.

For years, I avoided radiofrequency because I was concerned about facial fat loss. XERF was the first RF treatment I felt comfortable trying because it’s designed to deliver energy to the SMAS layer—the structural support layer beneath the skin—to stimulate collagen remodeling and improve skin laxity. melasma - What finally cleared my melasma was Obagi Nu-Derm Clear (prescription hydroquinone) mixed with tretinoin. I’ll also link my favorite non-prescription option—it just works more gradually. If you have melasma, wear a tinted sunscreen with iron oxides every day. Iron oxides help block visible light, which has been shown to worsen pigmentation, especially in darker or melasma-prone skin. Avoiding excess heat and direct sun is just as important, since both can trigger melanocytes and cause flare-ups.

• neck routine — silicone neck patches overnight (this is the real game changer), a neck cream linked below, and the biggest thing: whatever treatments you’re doing on your face, do them on your neck too. don’t stop at your jawline. And don’t forget sunscreen every single day.

• skin protocol — start microneedling now. If you can, do it at least 4x a year. Get a laser or chemical peel done 1x a year. Avoid filler but look into sculptra. Use tretinoin consistently. Start using growth factors and peptides. (Linked my faves)
