if you want the no bullsh*t version of what I'd actually spend my money on, here it is:

1. PDGF — helped my under-eyes look less hollow.
2. Microneedling — my fave treatment for texture.
3. Glow Peptides — the secret of all the celebrities. I get mine through beautyandthebeach in Wilmington (they will ship)
4. IPL — the fastest way I've found to tackle sun damage.
5. HRT — helped me feel more like myself. I use a testosterone cream, I take progesterone and dim to balance my estrogen.
6. Collagen — an easy daily habit for aging well.
7. Red Light Therapy — calms redness and supports collagen.
8. Sculptra — restores volume without looking overdone.

20. Olive Oil — one of my longevity non-negotiables.
21. XERF — the closest thing I've found to a facelift without surgery. It gets into this SMAS layer, which is what they work on during a facelift.

$treatments: every year I do 2 fractionated cool peels and at least four microneedling sessions with PDGF. I also microneedle at home in between all of that. I use the Dr Pen m8. melasma: The obagi nu derm cream is what got rid of mine but you need a script for it. They also offer one that you don’t need a script for, but it takes a little longer to work. I will link that. daily routine: I double cleanse every single night (I just use water on my face in the morning). vitamin c, peptides, and copper every day. Barrier protecting moisturizer morning and night. Tretinoin (I use about 3x a week) and SPF are non negotiable. I exfoliate twice a week. I use red light about 4x a week. growth factors: I stamp my skin at a very shallow depth and then apply growth factors. Either the calecim or biopelle. I absolutely freaking adore this jewelry line. Here’s why. It looks like Saint Laurent, but it’s considerably less. at 42, beauty trends i thought were a scam (and one that actually was)
1. HRT — i was basically a different person before this.
2. at-home laser hair removal - takes forever, but really works
3. inj*ctable pept*des — now I see why all the celebrities are on this. I get mine beautyandthebeach- they ship. I’m on the glow blend and NAD.
4. at-home microneedling - so freaking worth it
5. glutathione for skin brightening - hailey bieber and kendall were right, I get the hype now.
6. pgdf - growth factors that tell your skin to act like it’s 25 again and it listens.
7. vibration plate — my family thinks I look like an idiot but my lymphatics, circulation, and core are all thriving so who’s laughing now.
8. sculptra - the long game of injectables. slow, boring, and the best thing i've ever done.
9. peeling serum - thought it was bogus. my texture had a different opinion.
10. dry brushing - manually moves lymphatic fluid, boosts circulation, and sloughs dead skin
11. exfoliation mitt - humbling how much dead skin i was just walking around with.
12. led lights — skin has never been better.
13. microcurrent — if you told 35-year-old me I would be zapping my face daily i would have laughed. here we are.
14. silk pillowcase - the laziest anti-aging thing you can do.
15. zombie cell lotion - targets senescent cells — the ones that just sit there aging you from the inside. clearing them out lets healthy cells do their job.
16. ingestible collagen — yes i know the science is complicated. my skin doesn't care.
17. olive oil shot - has to be high in polyphenols — that’s what fights inflammation, protects skin, and supports gut health.
18. green primer - spent years looking pink and ruddy for absolutely no reason. lesson learned.
19. mouth tape - my husband thinks i've lost it. my sleep quality thinks he's wrong.
20. chin strap - the actual scam. a strap on your face cannot structurally change your jawline. bone and muscle don’t work that way. i wore it anyway.🫠
