so I went back and forth about getting the smaller panel, but I know myself. I’d rather invest in the one I actually want than spend less now and regret it in six months. But honestly red light therapy is one of the few things I’m willing to spend serious money on. The benefits for collagen production, fine lines, skin texture and muscle recovery are insane. And unlike any face mask (although they’re great), this thing can treat practically my entire body at once. Plus it is significantly more light and stronger than most facial masks. I’m serious. Start lifting weights NOW. Building muscle in your 20s and 30s gives you a head start on maintaining it as you age. Your 40 yr butt will thank you.

8. STOP BUYING AN ENTIRELY NEW OUTFIT EVERY TIME YOU HAVE SOMEWHERE TO GO

You need a quality blazer, perfect fitting denim, an insane coat and shoes that make even your most basic outfit look expensive. Buy less, but buy better.
