PART ONE:
1.sardines — my skin glows and my hair grows like crazy when I eat these. I found the tastiest way to eat these is to sprinkle a little breadcrumbs, some garlic powder and salt and broil them for about 3 min

10.lymphatic massage — felt super relaxing, but I didn’t see any profound difference
11.matcha — antioxidant powerhouse, my skin looks less reactive and more even
12.botox on jowls — it’s injected into the muscles pulling your face down (not the jowl itself), so your face sits higher instead of sagging
13.viral sunscreen glow spray — def glow but can be a bit too shiny for me because I’m oily
14.extensions — instant length/volume payoff, hard to go back once you’ve had them
15.red wine — leaning on the resveratrol research to justify the glass
