1. Chin strap — overhyped nonsense. Did absolutely nothing.
2. Olive oil shot — hated admitting this worked. Botox in a shot glass.
3. Weighted vest — annoying wellness trend… but I get it now.
4. Teeth whitening — immediate upgrade. Makes you look younger.
5. Microblading — changed my face more than I expected and and now my brows always match.
6. Teeth bonding — one of the best cosmetic things I’ve done.
7. Hydrafacial — nice experience, not enough results for the cost.
8. Lip lift — subtle difference, HUGE impact.
9. Vibration plate — rolled my eyes, now I use it constantly.
10. Glass skin sunscreen spray — pretty finish but I’m already very oily and made me very shiny.
11. Sculptra — expensive, but slowly adds youth back to your face.
12. Professional scalp cleaning — weirdly satisfying and my hair has never felt so soft.
13. At-home microneedling — biggest difference in my skin texture and glow. I love using it on my stretch marks. I use the Dr Pen M8
14. Viral eye bag cream —works but doesn’t look great with make up.
15. Extensions — love the fullness, hate the upkeep.
16. Viral liquid eyeshadow —I literally wear this every single day.
17. CO2 laser — don’t love the downtime, but incredible results.
18. PRP — wanted to love it more than I did.

Face, neck, chest, hands. Non-negotiable.

Layering toners and essences made a huge difference in how plump and healthy my skin looks.

ANTI-AGING TREATMENTS I "REGRET" DOING
Unfortunately a lot of these actually worked, which has been deeply upsetting for me personally😏😜
Here's the stuff I consistently come back to after trying way too many anti-aging treatments over the years:
• Botox - every 3-4 months
• Microneedling + PDGF — about 4x a year
• CO2/Fractionated CoolPeel - usually 2x a year
• IPL on face/neck/chest - 1x a year
• Sculptra - around 4 vials a year
• Red light therapy - consistently at home
• Tretinoin - on and off throughout the week
• SPF every single day unfortunately
Products I use religiously:
• Tretinoin
• Copper peptide serum
• Barrier-supportive moisturizers
• Hydrating toners/essences (skin flooding)
• LED/red light devices
• Daily SPF
A few things l've learned:
• consistency matters more than perfection
• hydration + barrier support make a huge difference
• you absolutely do NOT need to do all of this
• but if you're going to spend money somewhere, I'd prioritize collagen stimulation over trendy quick fixes

Everything I swear by that works for anti-aging. For the pre-coffee elixir that I drink every morning, I do about a shot of the high polyphenol olive oil that I linked, a full dropper of the Mary Ruth’s oils, and then three hefty scoops of armra, a pinch of salt and a splash of lemon juice mixed with about a half cup of water

1.If you’re tall… these are actually long enough. I’m 5’10” and that alone impressed me.
2. The V-waist really does make your waist look more snatched.
3. They somehow make your legs look a mile long.
4. They have that effortless “cool girl” look to them.
5. The denim feels very expensive. Super structured, no flimsy stretch denim energy.
6. Speaking of stretch… there is none. Zero. You are committing to the jean.
7. They also have buttons instead of a zipper. Personally, I usually prefer a zipper because I feel like it smooths the lower pooch area a little more.
8. The price is mildly offensive.
9. Unfortunately… I get the hype.
