They run tts and they are the most amazing f*cking pair of jeans you’ve ever put on your body. For reference, I am 5’10. These are my husband’s absolute most favorite pair of jeans on me. Are they expensive? Ugh. Yes. But once u try them on u will understand why you will be ok with throwing away all your other jeans

the second i stopped doing these 9 things i started looking younger

1.arching my brows — i looked permanently surprised and somehow also angry at the same time
2.wearing unfashionable hats — i thought a trucker hat was giving casual cool. switching to pillbox hats and a good cowboy hat completely transformed my style
3.endless cardio — i was literally just making myself tired and hungry. that’s it. that’s all it did
4.ignoring my melasma — if you’re struggling with this, you must try the Obagi Nu-Derm Clear. I can’t link it because you need a script for it. Mix it with your tretinoin! I will link the one that is not a strong and you don’t need a script for, but it will take longer to work. Also keeping the sun off my face is key.
5.using more makeup instead of using it better — literally thought more was more.
6.saying i’d do it “one day” — A shorter philtrum made me look more feminine. i wish i hadn’t waited so long
7.buying cheap sunglasses — strongly believe accessories are worth investing in and i can always tell when i look back at photos
8.buying jeans that “fit fine” — the right pair made me want to throw every other pair away. it genuinely my wardrobe.
9.using the wrong skincare — i was just throwing products at my face and hoping.

now that I’m in my 40s, these are the beauty tips I wish my mom told me in my 30s👇🏻

1. fix your teeth-getting my teeth bonded was so easy and made my smile look so much better
2. invest in one pair of jeans that fit perfectly-one good pair made every outfit look more expensive
3. learn how to get rid of melasma- if you’re struggling with this, you must try the Obagi Nu-Derm Clear. I can’t link it because you need a script for it. Mix it with your tretinoin! I will link the one that is not a strong and you don’t need a script for, but it will take longer to work. Also keeping the sun off my face is key.
4. use tretinoin-nothing else has done more for my skin long term. I like using the La Roche Posay cream as my final step when I use it to help with irritation
5. lift heavy- this completely changed my body shape and confidence
6. skip facials, start microneedling- this will change the texture of your skin for the better
7. wear SPF every single day-do you like having collagen?
8. fix what bothers you- for me, that was my lip lift. One of the best decisions I’ve made
9. don’t over-exfoliate- i thought i was helping… i was just damaging my skin barrier
10. fix your brows- this frames your entire face more than makeup ever will
11. cool it on the sugar- again, do you like having collagen?
12. short hair can be sexy too-cutting my hair changed my whole
13. stop being so concerned what others might say- because the minute you stop, everything gets better

These jeans make your ass look insane. They run true to size but if you’re in between sizes, size down because they’re stretched to them. They’re high waisted. The only thing I will say is that I think they would look better on someone 5’8 and under. I’m 5’10 and they’re a bit too short on me.

Everything I do for my skin, start to finish:

•Botox for movement, every 3-4 months
•Sculptra for long-term collagen + structure (about 4 vials a year)

•Microneedling with PDGF at least 4x a yr for overall skin quality
•Microneedling at home every other month (As long as I give it four weeks from my professional micro needling treatment)

before anyone says “wow that’s a lot of work”, I’m 42. I don’t wake up looking pretty anymore, and I’m fully at peace with that. Ok that’s a f*cking lie but it is what it is. Here’s exactly what I do before a big event👇🏻

1.sculptra (3 months out) — game changer. it rebuilds your collagen so you just look… better. not done. better.
2. microneedling with PDGF (3 months out) — i know, looks terrifying but trust me. my skin texture is unrecognizable compared to a few years ago.
3.teeth bleaching (1 week out) — do NOT skip this. white teeth in photos? everything.
4.increased cardio (2 weeks out) — hate that this works but it does. my face literally looks different when i’m consistent.
5.this supplement (daily, 2 weeks out) — brighter, more even tone, less dullness from the inside out with this
6.fresh cut/color/extensions (1 week out) — no explanation needed
7.nails (few days out) — people will always notice when your nails and toes are not well kept
8.skin stamp with growth factor (few days out) — this is my secret weapon. skin looks so plump after. Diff than my deeper microneedling. I just do a .25 depth to make sure the serum can fully sink in.
9.red light (4x a week) — this single-handedly got rid of so much redness in my skin
10.self tan (day before) — because everyone looks better with a tan
11.lymphatic drainage (day before + day of) — gets rid of puffiness and water weight
12.physical exfoliate (night before) — your skin needs a clean slate, flaky skin is not cute
13.dermaplane (night before) — nor is peach fuzz
