These jeans make your ass look insane. They run true to size but if you’re in between sizes, size down because they’re stretched to them. They’re high waisted. The only thing I will say is that I think they would look better on someone 5’8 and under. I’m 5’10 and they’re a bit too short on me.

•Botox for movement, every 3-4 months

before anyone says “wow that’s a lot of work”, I’m 42. I don’t wake up looking pretty anymore, and I’m fully at peace with that. Ok that’s a f*cking lie but it is what it is. Here’s exactly what I do before a big event👇🏻

1.sculptra (3 months out) — game changer. it rebuilds your collagen so you just look… better. not done. better.
2. microneedling with PDGF (3 months out) — i know, looks terrifying but trust me. my skin texture is unrecognizable compared to a few years ago.
3.teeth bleaching (1 week out) — do NOT skip this. white teeth in photos? everything.
4.increased cardio (2 weeks out) — hate that this works but it does. my face literally looks different when i’m consistent.
5.this supplement (daily, 2 weeks out) — brighter, more even tone, less dullness from the inside out with this
6.fresh cut/color/extensions (1 week out) — no explanation needed
7.nails (few days out) — people will always notice when your nails and toes are not well kept
8.skin stamp with growth factor (few days out) — this is my secret weapon. skin looks so plump after. Diff than my deeper microneedling. I just do a .25 depth to make sure the serum can fully sink in.
9.red light (4x a week) — this single-handedly got rid of so much redness in my skin
10.self tan (day before) — because everyone looks better with a tan
11.lymphatic drainage (day before + day of) — gets rid of puffiness and water weight
12.physical exfoliate (night before) — your skin needs a clean slate, flaky skin is not cute
13.dermaplane (night before) — nor is peach fuzz
14.this exact mask (night before) — 10x better than a Hydrofacial and you can do it in your own bathroom (the CO2 lift)
