But those are the moments when staying committed to yourself matters the most. I share my workouts not to brag, but to stay accountable. Week after week, what carries me through is consistency, dedication, and choosing to show up even when it’s hard. And trust me, it’s hard most days. What helps me stay on track is switching up my workouts while keeping my non-negotiable: walking. I get in at least 30 minutes in my weighted vest five days a week.
