There are always seasons in life when routines get messy and everything feels like it’s pulling you in different directions. But those are the moments when staying committed to yourself matters the most. I share my workouts not to brag, but to stay accountable. Week after week, what carries me through is consistency, dedication, and choosing to show up even when it’s hard. And trust me, it’s hard most days.

What helps me stay on track is switching up my workouts while keeping my non-negotiable: walking. I get in at least 30 minutes in my weighted vest five days a week. I recently added the @onepeloton tread and I’m excited to incorporate more incline walking into my routine.
