The BEST thing you can do is get back to consistency with your nutrition, training, water, gut health, sleep, and recovery!

If the scale messes with your head PLEASE stay off that for a few days, increase your water, take longer walks, but the LAST thing to do is spend HOURS in the gym, talk down to yourself, and starve yourself 🫣

Wavy hair routine & tips!
👇🏼

First, make sure you are working on soaking wet hair!! Use a continuous spray bottle to help if you need to.

Also, use a leave in conditioner- rake through with a wide tooth comb. Bonus points if it also has a heat protectant.

Now to the good stuff:
1. Optional, use curl cream - rake through- use bounce curl brush- then scrunch. Curl cream can help reduce frizz.

2. Mousse - prayer hands to get product dispersed, then scrunch. Mousse adds volume.

3. Gel or custard- rake, don’t break up clumps, then scrunch. This helps to define the wave.

4. Scrunch out extra moisture and water with microfiber towel or t shirt.

5. Diffuse or air dry

6. Use oil to break the gel cast and “scrunch out the crunch”
