For day 3 of my Meghan Markle food series I made her veggie quinoa recipe. She has said in past interviews that this was one of her “go-to meals” that she would eat when filming Suits. This was so simple to make and is a delicious lunch option or side dish to have throughout the week! @meghan Recipe: Cook your quinoa, and while it’s simmering, sauté onions, garlic and any veggies you have on hand in a separate pan.
