It was time to swap out summer for fall!

This exact planter is from Walmart a year or two ago but I have linked a few similar options and the ones I had my summer flowers in.

In a larger pot I would say you need at least two bunches of these florals if not three. Can be an investment but not having to buy real moms every year adds up over time!

I’m in a Medium and it also comes in black, white, pink.

It’s so comfy and can totally be dressed up or down.

I’m still working on finding the baggier jeans to update my style, but I think it looks ok paired with these and my favorite Tory Burch sandals.

I’ve been doing this five min routine from Merit Beauty for 2+ years now and these products stand the test of time in my 45 year old skin.

I recently added the uniform tinted mineral sunscreen too!

I use 28 fair neutral warm in the uniform SPF 45 tinted sunscreen.

Flush Balm (cheeks) - cheeky

This stuff lasts a long time too! And I hear it’s now at Sephora as well.

I literally bought this shirt in most of the colors. I’m in a small.

Such a good button down shirt. You can wear it tucked or untucked (it’s longer in the back). Light weight and minimal ironing required as it is a polyester blend.

The weather is turning colder here in the Midwest.

This morning, I layered up with some of my favorites.

Fleece lined leggings - these come with pockets or without and lots of colors. They fit tighter and I wear a medium.

Darn tough wool socks - these are a must and I hear taller ones are the thing now 🤷‍♀️

My turtleneck is old from Athleta but I linked a few similar. I am totally eyeing the women’s flurry seamless Henley. Honestly these are worth the investment because they last for years and years!

Protein ice cream has become my love language.

If you’re not into choking down protein shakes you need this protein powder (and a ninja creami) in your life!

I’ve been loving it and have eaten a pint of this protein ice cream as my evening snack for the last few months and it has helped me lose 6 pounds and counting!

Snagged this RBX long sleeve at Marshall’s recently.

The fabric reminds me of Vuori but at Marshall’s price point.

I’m in a medium it this light dusty blue color. It has the thumb holes and is longer in length! Only $12 at Marshall’s but limited sizing remains. I linked to the RBx site too with lots of fun colors.

Most of this outfit is thrifted, gifted or borderline vintage with how long it’s been in my closet!

However the shoes are a staple and have held up amazingly well! I love these classic flats from Rothy’s. I find you should go up 1/2 size and sooooo many good colors.

They are worth the $!

It reminded me of the lululemon swift tank and has the nice reflective detail.

Comes in a few colors and I would say runs a little big. I went for the small and would say I’m normally a medium in workout tops.
