As a mom with three small children, I always feel like I’m cramming in a workout. I try to maximize the amount of time I have to do cardio or lift. But now I am approaching my 40s and that’s just not smart. I’m beginning to notice tightness and not being as flexible as I used to be, I’m starting with my goal and only stretching five minutes per day. I know I need to stretch more, but the all or nothing mentality is what usually holds us back from achieving our goals. Five minutes is not that long and can be done even on the living room floor as my kid watches TV.
