Don’t hate me! But I think the people who recommend an early morning routine are on to something. I don’t think you need to wake up and run 5 miles to be successful. But I do think there is some magic to waking up and immediately feeling accomplished. It is contagious and sets the tone for the day. My plan for time blocking is to focus on one time block for 2 weeks and then add the next one to perfect (improve). And this was the end of two weeks sooooo… I am going to next week we’re adding the work time block. This is my weak spot so send prayers and tips timemanagement earlymorningroutine
