Don’t hate me! But I think the people who recommend an early morning routine are on to something.

I don’t think you need to wake up and run 5 miles to be successful. But I do think there is some magic to waking up and immediately feeling accomplished. It is contagious and sets the tone for the day.

My plan for time blocking is to focus on one time block for 2 weeks and then add the next one to perfect (improve).

And this was the end of two weeks sooooo… I am going to next week we’re adding the work time block. This is my weak spot so send prayers and tips

I recently decided that I want bring back cocktail hour. We live in an age where we either go all out and create a pinterest level affair or we put in zero effort and it is boxed dinners and doom scrolling.
But I want to live in the in between. Keep things casual, make a nice drink and fun little snack to nosh on while we spend time together talking about everything under the sun before family dinner.

Couple’s Cocktail Hour is our weekly ritual: drinks, snacks, & chit chat while the kids play outside and the sun is shining.
No big budget, no Pinterest perfection — just us hanging out together. Here’s exactly what we made (super easy, 10 minutes max):

Mexican Street Corn Salad Dip
- Chop the Mexican Street Corn lettuce mixture SUPPER fine
- Pour the lettuce in a bowl and add 3/4 the street corn & all the cheese
- Dump the dressing on top and toss well
- Serve with tortilla chips

Watermelon Limeade Mocktail
- Rim a glass with sugar and fill with ice
- In cocktail shaker, juice 2 limes over ice
- Add 1.5 ounces watermelon syrup
- Shake and pour into prepared glass
- Top off with coconut water

Watermelon Margarita 🍉🍹 + hanging out with my girlfriends and their families, yes please

This is your sign to invite someone over this week - who are you texting?

Here’s the recipe:
* 1.5 oz tequila
* 1.5 oz watermelon liqueur
* Juice of a lime
* Watermelon syrup (measure with your heart)
* Watermelon Sour patch
* Sugar

-In a shaker with ice add the tequila, watermelon liqueur, lime juice, and watermelon syrup (homemade - recipe in my broadcast channel)
-Rub the lime on the rim of your glass and dip in the sour patch sugar (my bag didn’t have that much extra sugar so I added plain sugar from my pantry)
-Fill your cup with ice
-Pour over the ice and garnish with watermelon sour patch

This year Reagan wanted a pajama party with junk food, a craft, personal pizzas, and dancing.

Decor: I kept it simple with flowers, streamers, and a hand painted banner

Personal Pizzas: Each girl got a ball of dough and toppings. They made their own and Eric cooked them all in the pizza oven. (He said he will never do this many again in a row, so plan on using the regular oven.

Craft: I ordered small canvas tote bags, patches, and lapel pins. Each girl picked a bag and decorated it. My friend was there and helped me iron all the patches on

Junk food: The R is from hobby lobby and I have used it 3 years in a row now. Such a fun and easy way to make a candy bar.

& dancing was everyones favorite part

This spinach dip is amazing and so simple to make. You can make it stove top or dump everything in the crockpot and let it do it’s magic.

Serve with Tortilla Chips. My favorite are Simply Tostitos because they are just corn, salt, and avocado oil.

This was a 4 ingredient appetizer and it tastes amazing

Ingredients:

- Ravioli (We used Lobster but I think cheese would be better)
- 2 eggs beaten
- breadcrumbs
- Marinara Sauce
So good!

Directions:

- Beat your eggs in a bowl
- Pour the Breadcrumbs in a seperate bowl
- Dunk your raviolis in the egg and coat
- Dunk the raviolis in the breadcrumbs and coat well
- Place the raviolis in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 350

I had this with a traditional scratch margarita (my fave)

- Juice of one lime
- 1 oz tequilia
- .5 oz orange liqueur

serve it over ice in a glass rimmed with salt

And Eric had a Pina Colada Protein Pop which surpassed all of my expectations! So good, you’d have no idea it was a protein drink
