Breakfast ✨ My literal favorite breakfast that I eat daily and if I don’t have it for breakfast, I’ll make it a snack :) Berry bowl but add some cinnamon with strawberry cheesecake Greek yogurt and then a dash more cinnamon with chia seeds sprinkled on top. (Add granola if you desire) I’ve also got my youngest son eating this daily to get his nutrients in 🫶 Healthy skin and bodies start within.
