Dinner time 🤤 Made these super easy and delicious chicken thighs (it’s actually a weight watchers recipie) The boys raved. Went back for seconds and the thirds…. Recipie: 8 chicken thighs (I got the big pack of 12 bc I’ve got big eaters) 1/4 c olive oil 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard Juice of 2 lemons 4 cloves of garlic 3 teaspoons oregano 2 teaspoons thyme 1 teaspoon dill I teaspoon paprika 2-3 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon black pepper - mix up the marinade and pour over chicken (in ziploc bag or pan/bowl & cover) marinade 2-6 hours. - when ready, back at 350 for about 40 minutes I served with basmati rice and sautéed zucchini.
