In our opinion, being educated isn’t reliant on how many academic degrees you have, or don’t have.

Being educated is about being committed to growth and learning and change, and being willing to accept when you’re wrong and not being afraid to have your world views challenged from time to time. 🌍

Wanting to date someone with the same or similar number of degrees as you is a preference—and people can have their preferences—but a degree alone is not an end all be all sign of how “educated” or “uneducated” someone is.

Education comes in all forms, and we don’t think it’s our place to decide which form holds more value than others 🫶🏽.

The shapermint jelly bra is my (almost) perfect bra 😘

One of the most common questions I get is: Why can’t I find the right person? Where is my person?

And the truth is, they ARE out there…but you’re probably expecting for them to come in the same package than they’ll likely be in.

I always urge people to be willing to open their eyes to something new. To try something different, and look for people who don’t match their typical type because the hard truth is that if one of those kinds of people were “right” for you, you probably wouldn’t be single.

You can’t expect something different, if you’re not willing to do things differently.

Are women still looking for "traditional" relationships?

As a matchmaker, my experience working with women has been really interesting in the sense that I primarily work with women over 30, and in my experience that demographic of women aren't necessarily looking to be in “traditional” relationships.

They are looking for companionship and partnership, and in some cases marriage, but not many of them are interested in starting a family and being a stay at home mom or stay at home wife. A lot of them have already spent years building a career and are happy with what they’ve built, and aren’t looking to give that up. Others already have teenage or adult children from previous relationships and aren’t looking to expand their family in that way. Whatever the reason, I’m finding that not many of the women I work with are interested in “traditional” relationships.

Honestly...maybe!
