Vacation hair prep so it lasts all trip long ✨✈️

The secret to day-before travel hair that still looks amazing when you arrive:

1️⃣ Start with a good heat protectant spray on dry hair. This keeps your hair healthy and helps hold the style.

2️⃣ Curl your hair with a large barrel curling iron, wrapping sections away from your face to create soft, bouncy waves instead of tight curls.

3️⃣ While each curl is still warm, roll it up into Velcro rollers and pin them in place. Let everything cool completely — this step makes the style last *so much longer*.

4️⃣ Once cool, take the rollers out, gently brush through, and finish with a small amount of hair oil on the ends for shine and smoothness.

I always do this the night before a flight so I wake up with volume, soft waves, and hair that still looks good days later 🤍

Trying out a few mascaras that friends & family passed along to me recently and giving you my honest thoughts! 👀✨

I tested Estée Lauder Sumptuous Extreme, Avon At First Lash, and Benefit They’re Real. Here’s the quick breakdown:

• Estée Lauder Sumptuous Extreme – I had to build this up with a lot of layers before it looked the way I like. It eventually looked okay, but it took more work than I want from a mascara.

• Avon At First Lash – This one actually looked pretty good right after applying, but I noticed some smudging later on.

• Benefit They’re Real – Probably the best of the three I tried, but I still had some smudging throughout the day.
