Day 37 of giving up excuses for Lent 🙌 Today was all about stacking wins 💥 I combined an arms workout with a light weights ride on the Peloton—because if I can get multiple workouts in at once, I’m doing it. Efficient *and* effective ✔️ Also trying out my new arch booster socks and WOW…game changer. The extra support makes such a difference, especially during rides and strength work.
