I wanted mine to look like a quilt so I used different fabric on each square!

These clay letters are super easy to make, and they look so cute to display in their room!

Here’s how you can make them!

I made stencils by printing out letters in the font that I liked on plain computer paper. Then I cut those out and use that as a stencil for my clay!

Once you cut out your letters, you are going to take a rolled out piece of clay and place it on top, this is going to give it the bubble effect! Then you use water to smooth out all of the edges until your letters look nice and smooth.

You need to let the clay completely dry before you paint it. Depending upon the thickness of your letters, this can take several days or up to a week!

Once your clay is dry, you go ahead and paint it with whatever design you like! I just used acrylic paint and then I sprayed my letters with a high gloss shine afterward!

I cut command strips to fit the back of my letters and used command strips to adhere them to the wall :) I painted both front and back of the letters that way the command strips would be able to stick to the paint, they don’t stick well to just plain clay!

Making a table tent is super easy! All you need is a drop cloth, some ribbon, and paint!

I used a 9 x 12 drop cloth, but you will base this off the size of your table! You are going to lay your drop cloth out flat and trim it to fit the dimensions of your table. Then you are going to cut out a square at each corner. If your table is 3 feet tall then you will cut a 3‘ x 3‘ square out of each corner of the drop cloth. This allows the fabric too lay flat when you put it over the table.

Next, you’re going to cut out your windows and your door. Once you have everything cut out, you are either going to use hot glue or stitch witchery to fold over and adhere all of your edges down. This will keep all of your edges from fraying!

You can either use fabric paint or you can mix acrylic paint with fabric medium. Fabric medium keeps your paint from cracking! Once your paint is ready, you are going to paint on your design. I drew my design in pencil first and then painted it.

You are going to use ribbon to tie all of the corners together. You can either cut out a circle to do this or you can use a fabric hole punch. You can also skip this step if you don’t want your corners tied. For the door, I also added ribbon to the top so that the kids could keep their door tied open.

Finally, I added, felt flowers to mine and used Velcro dots to adhere them. I did this so that the kids could pick flowers and put them back on!

I put a tension rod at both the top and the bottom. You can just do one at the top, but having one at the bottom keeps your pocket from folding forward!

To create the pocket to slip the tension rod into, I just folded over the canvas and hot glued it down!

Whipped cream + food coloring = the prettiest eggs and a much more kid-friendly process.

This year the Easter bunny traded baskets for wheelbarrows 🧺🐰

I filled them with outdoor toys so the kids can use them all spring and summer instead of just Easter morning.

Let’s tackle some chores I’ve been avoiding! I love starting the new year off with a fully reset house! I got these drawer dividers for my son‘s dresser and I am obsessed! They are so sturdy and it really allowed me to maximize the space in his dresser and keep it super organized! When I fold my kids pajamas, I like to roll their pants into their top to keep it together as a set! I feel like this makes it super easy for them to grab their pajamas at night!

I absolutely love watching my kids open their gifts and see their excitement about everything that we picked out for them! But I always catch myself wondering where in the world am I going to put everything. Here is how I organized my kids toys this year! I use clear containers to tuck away all of their small toys and crafts and it helps so much! I also like using these bigger metal bins in their playroom to store their bigger toys and I rotate toys on top of the benches in their playroom for them to play with! I didn't love where I put some of the bigger toys, but we are somewhat limited on space so we are just going to roll with it!
Then all of the other miscellaneous toys just end up in random cabinets around our house

Here are three easy ways to celebrate New Years Eve with your littles!

1. A $5 DIY balloon drop! You can start your new years countdown early if you don’t want them staying up late. So fun and easy to do!

2. New Years countdown: have them pop a balloon every hour until New Years! You can also have them pop a balloon every 5/10/15 minutes etc if you want it to be shorter!

3. Cookies and milk toast: my kids don’t like carbonation so instead of doing sparkling cider we do cookies and milk!

I cannot get over how perfect my kids’ Christmas bedrooms turned out 🥹😭 I got all of their Christmas decor from Pottery Barn Kids! They’re quite literally the cutest Christmas pieces I’ve ever found 🥹

I went with a gingerbread theme for my daughter’s room and a teddy bear theme for my son’s room! My son’s quilt was my favorite part - all of the teddy bears are beautiful embroidered onto the quilt 🥹🧸
