July I've bought these seeds and planted them in these trays or direct sewed into pots.

July seeds to plant:
French beans (dwarf super easy to grow and don't need to climb and get so many! Up until October, yellow is my fave or cobra green.

Sugar snap peas will grow and give you a crop so quickly too and last until end of September/ October depending on when we get our first cold nights.

Courgette you can still grow and have a crop pretty quickly! One courgette plant gives you at least 1 courgette a week!

Lettuce and spinach hates direct sunlight so perfect for warm but shady spots

Things I would not sew because not enough time to grow and give time for the plant to produce is tomatos unless you buy a already established plant from b&q or local garden centre. Corn too late, cucumber could try but might be too late, sweet potato too late, peppers and aubergines, pumpkins and melons prob all a bit too late now.

July seeds to sew that will grow through autumn and over winter.

Carrots get them in asap
Potato's again plant as soon as you can
Kale (personally love Cavo Nero super hardy and apparently tastes sweeter when it starts to get cold)
Cauliflower
Cabbage
Pak Choi
Sprouting broccoli
Beetroot
Chard
Turnips
Suede

If you've got the room even if it's on slabs like I've got mine raised bed is amazing for growing compared to pots!
