It doesn’t feel right to jump straight back into regular scheduled programming after this past week… I believe so much of the hate we see in the world starts with brokenness at home. Our families and our homes are where we first learn what it means to love, to forgive, to be kind… basically, how to be human. Honestly, I don’t even think I realized it before, but I think that might be a big part of what keeps me showing up here… to encourage you to invest in your home and time with your family. Sometimes that’s as simple as a little craft with the kids or a quick DIY project together. So, don’t worry… the naptime DIYs, budget friendly decor hacks and display-worthy crafts aren’t going anywhere… but for now, here’s the verse that’s been playing on repeat in my mind lately “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” - Romans 8:28 P.s. comment SCROLL for the link to our wall mounted paper scroll dispenser situation - we’ve had this for probably ten(!!!) years now and still love it sm.
