Currently getting me through January ❄️ • Time with Jesus before the kids wake up // I’m currently working my way through Mark and recent got a new study Bible that has totally changed the game for me (done under a heated blanket… obviously) • 10 minutes of daily house burping // Just learned that’s what it’s called and my kids think it’s hilarious. We open all the windows for fresh air and reset the house. • Everything must have a place // We purged our entire house at the beginning of this month and omg has it made a difference. If it doesn’t have a spot, it doesn’t belong here. • Daily movement (+ alone time) // The gym used to feel like punishment, but now I feel like it’s a place whete my brain can finally shut off. • Sunshine whenever humanly possible // which isn’t much in january when you live in Michigan. But when it’s here, we soak it up. (Pretend you don’t see all the fingerprints on my window) • Extra rest without guilt // earlier nights, slower mornings and even some breaks during the day.
