I posted a funny reel on my instagram briefly featuring my walking pad and had no idea anyone would want the link. I like how it slides under my couch easily out of view but accessible. I don’t use it much if at all in the summer but it comes in clutch for Illinois winters. Id say the speed gets you to a nice brisk walk. Not running though. LTKActive LTKfitnessgoals
