My running algorithm is now a mash up and I can’t say I’m mad. Outfit is from No Bull. A brand I’m just now getting to know. My shorts are a size Large and so is the bra, however if I were to get this bra again I’d size down to a Medium. The DJI Osmo Pocket Mini. My new favorite camera to film content with. I think if you’re trying to up your content creation game it’s always good to have another camera in your back pocket outside of your iPhone. Plus, sometimes I get a little embarrassed about filming in public 😆 and I think the Osmo pocket mini is a little bit more discreet.
There are so many features like auto tracking so if you’re alone and you need to film yourself, the Osmo pocket will follow you around the room. The built-in sound picks up your voice really well. The picture and video quality is super crispy. And there are tons of accessories to add to it to just make content creation so much easier. I can’t say enough good things about it. It is a little on the pricier end but worth it in my opinion!

Lululemon for the win on this outfit. This is the Energy Bra and the Fast and Free split hem.

I’m wearing large in both though if I were to buy another energy bra today, I’d probably size down to medium for more compression. This is a medium compression bra.

The shorts I’m in between a medium and a large so I just went with a large even though they are a little bit roomy. Hope this helps you purchase!

Bra and shorts are Lululemon. Bra is the energy bra and shorts are the shake it out. I’m wearing large in both although I think I can size down to medium in the bra for more compression ❤️

I know school is starting for so many this month and next.

I use this cute message board to change out funny messages that go with whatever season we’re in but when school starts, I try to put up something really positive for the kids to look at and be reminded of every day through August and September.

Even if you don’t have kids, it’s always nice to have a nice positive message or maybe a mantra to glance at every single day

I posted a funny reel on my instagram briefly featuring my walking pad and had no idea anyone would want the link. I like how it slides under my couch easily out of view but accessible. I don’t use it much if at all in the summer but it comes in clutch for Illinois winters. Id say the speed gets you to a nice brisk walk. Not running though.

It is wedding season and I know as ladies we get hyper focused on what the heck to wear 😩 I’ve had this dress for awhile and I’ve worn it for a holiday party in December and a semi formal wedding in July. I love a dress that can do both! I’m wearing a size medium here. This dress does have stretch, adjustable straps and the slit in also adjustable!

I was #gifted the ASICS x Free People collab last week and it absolutely HITS. I’m loving this color way. It’s so sun-setty. The bra is a medium although in my opinion the band is a little tight so I’d personally for myself size up. The pants are an XL but I could do L. I do indeed love a very oversized short but their size guide seems pretty accurate ❤️

These are my most worn running shorts. The inner liner stays put (and I got a big booty), they don’t give me muffin top and are very breezy. They do ride up but that’s what you get for having luscious thighs. Stop romanticizing a thigh gap and wear the flowy shorts if you wanna wear the flowy shorts!

I very rarely leave for my runs without one of these items! My vest comes in two options, one is the standard vest. The other has a chest light. The chest light comes in clutch if you’re an early morning runner like myself. Especially in the winter when it’s dark for 90% of my runs 😩

When the baggy jeans trend became a thing I said you’d have to pry my skinny jeans from my cold dead hands. Jokes on me, I now am always on a mission to find the perfect baggy jean for a shorter person with a booty and hips. These Old Navy Curvy Extra High Waist Wide Leg Jean do it for me! Slightly fitted in the hip and baggy everywhere else. They are comfortable and look cute with a pair of sneakers. I’m wearing a 10 but definitely could have sized down to an 8.
