Real gym moment.

Tried the hack squat machine today and had to drop the weight.

Different machine.
Different angle.
Different challenge.

Instead of fighting the ego, I focused on learning the movement and feeling the muscles work.

And yes… I failed some reps.

But failure isn’t weakness.

Failure is the path to growth.

This past weekend I got my hands busy hosting my lovely daughter’s “Hello Kitty & Friends” sleepover party for her birthday. She had an amazing time and her friends did too. One of the moms even told me that her daughter wants her next birthday party to be a sleepover as well. Not all the girls stayed over the night but that was ok. They still had an incredible time together.
