The travel hack that officially retired our airport stroller.

We originally bought these ride-on suitcases hoping they would make traveling with two young kids a little easier, specifically for when I travel alone with them and now we refuse to fly without them.

The kids can push their own luggage when they’re feeling independent, then sit down and ride when those little legs get tired. That means fewer “carry me” requests, less chasing through the airport, and one less bulky stroller for us to drag through security and worry about at the gate.

We loved them so much that we reordered them from Walmart because, at this point, they are part of the family travel crew. Watching MJ and SJ roll through the airport with their own suitcases might be cute, but the real win is how much easier they make travel days for us.

I thought I was ready for his first haircut… I wasn’t.

He walked in asking for a 2️⃣… and somehow we ended up with a 1️⃣. And the moment that first piece hit the floor, I knew… there was no going back.

Whew. My mama heart was unwell.

But here’s the thing, he was calm. He was happy. He sat in the chair like such a big boy, and I was so proud of him. So even though I was grieving those curls a little on the inside… I stayed right there, loving on him through it.

We love going to Disney with Miss Lucy and the girls, when we get all the kids together, they range from 1 to 4 years old, so finding rides that everyone can enjoy together is a game changer.

On this trip, we hopped on the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros inside the Mexico pavilion, and it was such an easy yes for the whole group. It’s a calm boat ride with bright visuals, music, and a fun little storyline following Donald Duck. The kids were locked in the whole time, and I loved that it was something we could all experience together without worrying about height requirements or taking turns.
