Back with another version of protein puffs! All you need is 5 simple ingredients: 1 cup white chocolate chips 1 tbsp coconut oil 1½ cups puffed quinoa ¼ cup hemp hearts ¼ cup collagen powder ¼ cup dried cranberries Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together, then stir in the collagen, hemp hearts, cranberries and puffed quinoa. Spread it out on a baking sheet and let it chill in the fridge. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy for a crunchy treat!
