not gonna lie, i struggle finding great pieces on amazon…UNTIL TODAY! this sweatshirt is beyond. feels like it should have a $150 price tag!! quality is insane. fleeced on the inside. love the color. it’s super cool!

still questioning vibration plates? i was too…until i wasn’t. so, i’ve had my plate for ten weeks and am LOVING it! dropping allll the benefits below, but these are the three things i’ve noticed the most…

1. i’m so much happier after using the plate. i’m regulated. it gets rid of any irritation i have. my mood is lighter and brighter.

2. i’ve noticed a reduction in cellulite on my thighs. i work out and can not shift it…but this is absolutely helping.

3. i’ve had foot issues for years. had cortisone shots, a few potential diagnosis… morton’s neuroma, stretched ligament…we’re still working it out BUT my foot feels so much better when i use my vibration plate consistently.
