⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star Recipe: •1/2 cup old fashioned oats •1/2 cup choice of milk (*I use almond or fairlife for extra protein) •1 scoop vanilla protein (I use Legion or 1st Phorm) •1/2 tbsp PB2 or *crunchy all natural PB •2 tbsp plain or *vanilla Greek yogurt •1/2 tbsp *raw honey or SF maple syrup •1/2 tsp vanilla extract •1 tbsp Lillys choc chips •1 tbsp chia seeds •pinch of salt •cinnamon to taste *is what I use 😊 •stirrrrrrr and place in fridge overnight. I eat mine straight outta the fridge the next day but you can warm them if you prefer! They are so easy to throw in my bag for work the next day!
