Just woke up and wanted to show you the results from these forehead patches. Soooo good for smoothing wrinkles and plumping the skin 🤩 been using these for months and at this point I only use them maybe once every couple weeks as maintenance. 10000% worth it! My functional medicine doctor suggested this protein powder, and I have not looked back since! It is the cleanest protein powder I found on the market with only 3 ingredients, one of them being grass fed beef protein (pure asf!) and zero whey (honestly fuck whey! Never met a whey protein that sat well with my stomach!). Plus it tastes so good even my bf likes it and he’s very picky abt protein shakes

I also stand behind their practices with how they process the meat, do not use pesticides on anything etc. look into their company 👏🏽

I have tried many many brands over the years and this one also tastes the best IMO and has been the purest protein available!

This is my go to shake recipe that I have every morning alongside my coffee. And don’t sleep on the blender I linked!! I’ve had it for YEARS and it makes the smoothest smoothies ever. I know that sounds weird but if you’ve ever had a chunky, poorly blended smoothie before, you know what I mean. That thing is a BEAST and really lives up to its name 🤭

Protein shake recipe:

1-2 scoops protein powder
1 tsp collagen powder
1 tbsp black chia seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2-1 banana (frozen)
Optional: any other frozen fruit but make sure it’s frozen!
Filtered water
Ice

Birthday party vibes 🇮🇹🤌🏽

The vision was to have this outside with the string lights and the brick oven as the backdrop, but it rained so I had to adjust. Still love it regardless + most importantly I had fun with it!

I wanted the decor be mainly natural elements. I felt like a foraging fairy bc I sourced from our garden—kale, tomatoes, tomato vines, squash blooms, dahlias. The rest was from Trader Joe’s— lemons, garlic, basil, baby’s breath, buttercups, pizza dough, pizza sauce, cheese + blood orange italian soda. The cento doubled as the homemade sauce for the mini meatball app, and the vases. Jake made all the pizzas by hand in our brick oven 🍕

If you don’t wanna do Botox but want to smooth out wrinkles naturally, these are for you. They work. Period end of story. Been using these on and off for a couple months and just turned 38. As a former Botox user (it’s been years) I wanted to find something natural that is as low tix as possible but still works. This is easy on the pocket and after a few uses you only really need to use them once in a while for maintenance.

It’s only been a few washes with my new shampoo and conditioner, but I already see my hair improving so much and getting so long! I swear it’s grown rapid fire in just a few weeks since I switched from my last products that were destroying my hair. It’s softer, shinier and my scalp feels healthy and hydrated.

2 days after wash day, my hair is still hydrated asf which rarely happens for me! Im loving these so far 👏🏽

My absolute favorite tanning lotion!! So hard to find one with good ingredients…..Rates 93/100 on Yuka 👏🏽 🌱 and no ick smell!

Great if you like a subtle natural tan or get a darker shade for a more intense color. I use medium to dark but could use extra dark for more color!

I also use the tanning drops and they’re amazing even for face! Next I’ll be trying out the mousse too (not sure how this rates on Yuka though). I tagged all of them for you!

Something to note that might help with application…I notice that each time I use this mask it doesn’t fit well around my nose/under eye area, so this time I actually cut the bridge of the nose and it molded so much better! I just used my nail to do it while it was on my face and it was super easy. I didn’t film this part for lemme know if you need a visual! And another tip-I like to use the eye cut outs to fill the gaps by my nose (you’ll see in the video) 👏🏽

Also the first 10-15 minutes it will feel like it’s moving a bit so try not to eat, talk, move a bunch or drink anything for a bit so that it has time to absorb and mold to your face.

Lastly, idk how people sleep with this on. Maybe it’s a sensory thing for me but fck that! 😱 I left this on for 3.5 hours and it was perfect.
