The only way I hit my goals is if the “grab & go” stuff is already stocked 🙃 Restocking my protein + hydration pantry today because when life gets busy (aka always), this is what keeps me fueled without overthinking it. As I head out the door I can grab a bar or a shake to toss in the diaper bag. And as I got about my day with my Stanley in hand I rotate what I’m drinking between greens powder, electrolytes, and other supplements to support what I need in this postpartum phase.
