Day one of making a sourdough loaf. 🥖 Once my starter (Catherine 🤍) was nice and bubbly, I mixed everything together, let the KitchenAid take over once the dough got too heavy, and then worked through a few rounds of stretch and folds about every 10 minutes to help strengthen the gluten. Now it’s time for the easiest and hardest part, letting the dough bulk ferment overnight. Part 2 tomorrow

High vibrational sourdough >>> 🧿✨

This is basically what “high vibrational” looks like in my actual life:

• baking sourdough and making things with my hands
• pulling tarot or oracle cards when I feel called to
• energy work and paying attention to what feels good in my body and my space
• little charms and meaningful things tucked around the house
• getting outside and back into nature
• creating a home that feels warm, grounded, and very us
• trusting my intuition a little more instead of needing to logically explain everything

My thoughts on this are that it’s really just the little things that bring me back to myself and make everyday life feel a little more intentional. Sometimes that’s energy work and tarot. Sometimes it’s fresh bread cooling on the counter underneath an evil eye. I love that both get to exist in the same kitchen. 🥖✨

These are seriously the best banana bread mixes. I always keep 1 or 2 packs on hand for an easy dessert whenever the bananas start going brown 🍌 My husband loves this banana bread and asks for it all the time, and I love that it takes me basically no time to throw together. Such a good pantry staple to have on hand!

don’t use electrolyte packets every day. Most days, I just add a pinch of mineral sea salt to my water and save the packets for long workouts, hikes, and heavy sweat days. One of the simplest wellness habits I’ve stuck with.

I share them because, for a long time, I didn’t know what peace felt like.

Building a life that feels safe, beautiful, and meaningful has been one of the hardest and most rewarding things I’ve ever done.

If any of this helps someone else believe they can build that kind of life too, then sharing it is worth it.

Learning sourdough has been one of those unexpectedly rewarding parts of that journey. There’s something so satisfying about creating something with your own two hands.
