Gross alert! Low pile rug, less than a year old. Vacuumed regularly. Just look at ALL that hair embedded. Low pile rugs are great for high traffic rooms, especially for dogs, but unfortunately they do trap more hair over time. Do some quarterly maintenance and comb out the rug. OR switch to a Ruggable.
