I use this thing every single day. It just makes me feel so good after! It gets your blood flowing and wakes you up! It’s set for 15 minutes and I’ll start by standing on it and even the slightest change in how you stand changes where you’ll feel it shaking the most. And then I’ll do squats, toe raises, lunges, planks, pushups, and then I’ll sit on one side of cuz it really rattles your brain 🤣

They told us if you raise your arms up then the pigs know you don’t have any food for them so I stood like that almost the whole time cuz I was a spaz 🤣

The guest that checks in today asked if we had a bike there and we didn’t but you better believe we went to storage and got my bike out and aired up the tires and gave it a bath for her

But then I stand back and see how pretty it is and how far it’s come and hear about all the memories being made there every single day 🥹

it was supposed to be fishing only but I was feeling so seasick so we paused to go to calm water and swim for a little before we fished again!
