I use this thing every single day. It just makes me feel so good after! It gets your blood flowing and wakes you up! It’s set for 15 minutes and I’ll start by standing on it and even the slightest change in how you stand changes where you’ll feel it shaking the most. And then I’ll do squats, toe raises, lunges, planks, pushups, and then I’ll sit on one side of cuz it really rattles your brain 🤣

If you haven’t tried the vanilla + heavy cream together you haaaaave to! I love it year round but especially during the fall/winter!!! It’s such a decadent but clean girl scent all at the same time!

I woke him up at like 9 to brush his teeth, put pjs on him and bring him to bed with us and then he went right back to sleep (thankfully, I was nervous he was gonna act like it was just a nap) and then I woke him up at 7 this morning for school and brought him into Kolly’s room while I curled her hair and he fell back asleep 😂

The king was TIRED.
