I use this thing every single day. It just makes me feel so good after! It gets your blood flowing and wakes you up! It’s set for 15 minutes and I’ll start by standing on it and even the slightest change in how you stand changes where you’ll feel it shaking the most. And then I’ll do squats, toe raises, lunges, planks, pushups, and then I’ll sit on one side of cuz it really rattles your brain 🤣

We were supposed to go to Zion today but since it rained we decided to wait and we had the best day just exploring around St. George!

We tried to go to a dog friendly restaurant for dinner but it was closed and then a huge windstorm came in that was insane so we just came back to the hotel and ordered door dash! Are windstorms like that a common thing in Utah?

I finally got the kooooode! ANNND my necklace just went on sale for 25% off so you get to stack another 20% off on top of that!

Taco Bell for lunch just feels wrong but it was slim pickins (it’s a dinner food in my head)…….
gotta pop a couple detox & debloat to prepare the body
