I use this thing every single day. It just makes me feel so good after! It gets your blood flowing and wakes you up! It’s set for 15 minutes and I’ll start by standing on it and even the slightest change in how you stand changes where you’ll feel it shaking the most. And then I’ll do squats, toe raises, lunges, planks, pushups, and then I’ll sit on one side of cuz it really rattles your brain 🤣

TMI story but you’re used to that by now 🤪
I was just about ready to get into bed and said to Bryce “I haven’t pooped today yet so I’m gonna go hop on the jiggler to see” and I kid you not, within 3 minutes on it, I was RUNNING to the bathroom and almost pooped my pants (okay I might have a little but don’t tell anyone).
I cannot shout out my jiggler enough for literally changing my life. Sounds dramatic but it’s true.
I feel lighter, more energetic and just all around healthier when I use it. If you get bloated, gassy or just wanna use the bathroom more often, please give this a try because it really does work wonders for so many of us.
