I use this thing every single day. It just makes me feel so good after! It gets your blood flowing and wakes you up! It’s set for 15 minutes and I’ll start by standing on it and even the slightest change in how you stand changes where you’ll feel it shaking the most. And then I’ll do squats, toe raises, lunges, planks, pushups, and then I’ll sit on one side of cuz it really rattles your brain 🤣

And Bryce ran to the store and got her an orange crush cuz she reeeally wanted one! As I was feeding her, it gave me a major flashback of her taking care of me when I was little and it just made me realize that how we treat our kids and grandkids is exactly how they’ll end up treating us when we’re old (& she’s lucky I learned from the best)

Hand sanitizer wipes make me feel cleaner than a liquid or spray somehow so we always keep these in our car (perfect for after the gym or when the kids get out of school)

Only had 20 min to go to the gym before picking the kids up from school but even just 18 minutes on the treadmill boosted my mood and made me feel accomplished ✔️

Bryce has been all about creatine the last few months and he just geeked out so hard over these! It’s supposed to be good for muscle
