I use this thing every single day. It just makes me feel so good after! It gets your blood flowing and wakes you up! It’s set for 15 minutes and I’ll start by standing on it and even the slightest change in how you stand changes where you’ll feel it shaking the most. And then I’ll do squats, toe raises, lunges, planks, pushups, and then I’ll sit on one side of cuz it really rattles your brain 🤣

Laser hair removal didn’t happen tonight but I try to do it like twice a week at least I feel like my nighttime routine has become a bajillion steps so I don’t do every step every single day but this one is a NON negotiable

And then I woke up so early this morning and watched The Scream Murder 😳

The top pic was great on its own because that camera is so good but sometimes it’s just fun to add a filter for a different look! I love her app because there’s tons of filters and she’s always coming out with new ones! I pay $5.99 a month for it!
