I use this thing every single day. It just makes me feel so good after! It gets your blood flowing and wakes you up! It’s set for 15 minutes and I’ll start by standing on it and even the slightest change in how you stand changes where you’ll feel it shaking the most. And then I’ll do squats, toe raises, lunges, planks, pushups, and then I’ll sit on one side of cuz it really rattles your brain 🤣

Hand sanitizer wipes make me feel cleaner than a liquid or spray somehow so we always keep these in our car (perfect for after the gym or when the kids get out of school)

Only had 20 min to go to the gym before picking the kids up from school but even just 18 minutes on the treadmill boosted my mood and made me feel accomplished ✔️

I think I watched about an episode and a half last night! It’s such a good show!
And then I woke up so early this morning and watched The Scream Murder 😳
(it’s a doc and it’s insane)

I meant to show you this last night! Top is the pic before (Bryce took these on our Canon G7X) and bottom is after with the Rare filter from Tezza.
The top pic was great on its own because that camera is so good but sometimes it’s just fun to add a filter for a different look! I love her app because there’s tons of filters and she’s always coming out with new ones! I pay $5.99 a month for it!
