I use this thing every single day. It just makes me feel so good after! It gets your blood flowing and wakes you up! It’s set for 15 minutes and I’ll start by standing on it and even the slightest change in how you stand changes where you’ll feel it shaking the most. And then I’ll do squats, toe raises, lunges, planks, pushups, and then I’ll sit on one side of cuz it really rattles your brain 🤣

He got his testerone levels first tested by an online kit called Hone. And then he went in to his primary doctor and got checked there. Started testosterone. And then started going to Game Day to continue testing his levels and that’s where he gets his testosterone from now. God was definitely a big part of his journey too!

The #1 thing that helped him was focusing on his health.
He started working out and then got his testosterone checked and it was super low so he started supplementing which helped tremendously

We’re doing king beds for the kids beds at the new house because they all like to sleep together so we’re going to get them these mattresses! We first got the mattress for the lake trailer and fell in love with it so then we got them for HH and now for our house!
And I just have to brag about @rustic_trendz because Taylor & Clinton are literally the nicest people EVER! This experience with them has been the very best I could ever ask for!
I can be so picky and annoying about decisions and they are SO nice and ease my mind every time without making me feel like I’m buggin (even tho I know I am 🤣). And I feel so comfortable to tell them when I don’t like something and they’re like “no problem, we will change it and make sure you do!” They really only truly care about making people happy in their home 🥹

Back story of how Britt & I became sis in laws….. Britt & I met in high school at 14…..

I met Bryce Dec 2004 when I was 18 and he was 16 and started dating. Chad came home from the military to visit a few months later and Britt & I were always inseparable so she was over at Bryce’s house with me when Chad came to visit so they met and then later started dating.
And then we both ended up marrying them!
