I use this thing every single day. It just makes me feel so good after! It gets your blood flowing and wakes you up! It’s set for 15 minutes and I’ll start by standing on it and even the slightest change in how you stand changes where you’ll feel it shaking the most. And then I’ll do squats, toe raises, lunges, planks, pushups, and then I’ll sit on one side of cuz it really rattles your brain 🤣

Do THIS to wash your palms after you’re done!
Even with using the mitt, some can leak through so make sure you do this!

Here’s how I do my hands!

Start at the bottom and work your way up (always do the limb before doing your hand or foot or knee or elbow and just use the extra still on the mit for hands, feet, knees and elbows…..if you get too much on those areas then you’ll end up with it not looking great)

There are three rules to getting the BEST flawless tan
1. Wash your hands (washed them after putting it on my face and then will wash just the palms again after applying on body)
2. Put lotion on ANY dry spots before tanning (hands, feet, elbows, knees, etc)
3. Use Tanceuticals and blend

I’ve used the tanning face serum for years but you can use the foam on your face too if you don’t wanna buy two separate things!

Video’d how I fake tan last night when I did it!!

The hands are the FIRST tell-tale sign of a fake tan when they’re all darker and splotchy and streaky and ORANGE but not with Tanceuticals flawless application 🤩

Under $30 and fits everything you could need (even a quillow)
