I use this thing every single day. It just makes me feel so good after! It gets your blood flowing and wakes you up! It’s set for 15 minutes and I’ll start by standing on it and even the slightest change in how you stand changes where you’ll feel it shaking the most. And then I’ll do squats, toe raises, lunges, planks, pushups, and then I’ll sit on one side of cuz it really rattles your brain 🤣

He will forever love arcade games and fishing will forever have his heart! He’s the type of kid who makes you feel like you must be doing something right, when really, it’s just who he is. Kamp fell asleep on the couch last night so when we got home at 2, I carried him to our bed and he said “I’ve been wanting you alllll weekend” and THAT is what I live for!!!
